Struggling with weight loss, need help!

So I'm one of those people who have trouble maintaining my weight but I've always been able to bounce back before. Usually my weight would jump up during exams, or the holidays (which sometimes coincided) or colds and sickness. I never jumped up that high (max: 5lbs), and could quickly jump back from this. This happened a year ago. Oh and before I go further, I have read the newbie topics like expectations, and plateau breaking, and why you should eat the calories that you burned.
Well this time events all slammed together to make the perfect storm for weight gain. It started with a two week flu/cold, then I injured my back at work and was out of commission for nearly 3 weeks before I could attempt light exercise. My work at that time provided lunches (we had an in-house chef. It was a video game company.) which were incredible and because I knew I was moving and losing them soon, I indulged at the end. So yeah then I moved all the way across the country because my husband was relocated (Canadian Airforce). So prior to the move was a tone of goodbye dinners and dates, and then we ate out for 2-3 weeks while we moved and got our life back in order. I rarely had time to exercise during the moving process. All in all I gained 10lbs. That might not seem like a huge jump but it is for me. At my lowest weight in recent years, I was still 7lbs away from my goal (this was for my wedding). Weight has added on a bit over time although I never was as concerned about it as I am now.
I had always had a gym membership before but now we currently can't afford one. In the past I've run a couple of half marathons so that should give you an idea of past fitness levels. I purchased the Turbo Fire set after reading many reviews on it. Oh man I love it. The workouts are hardcore. I'm religiously following the schedule which is awesome because each week is different and each week involves HIIT workouts, cardio workouts, strength training and yoga. I felt really sore the first couple of weeks but I can tell I'm getting stronger now because I can handle the workouts better without getting sore, yet they are still a great challenge and I still need to take a few breaks.
Before during my weight loss journey I never tracked my calories. I ate healthier and only when I was hungry, regularly worked out and still steadily lost weight.
It has been a month and a week since I've started on my current weight loss journey. We took pictures at the start and just took another set so we could see our progress. Not only has the scale not budged whatsoever, you can't see a change in my pictures. I expected at least some muscle definition but the change is minute. I've basically seen no progress whatsoever and I'm scratching my head as to why. I'm eating so much healthier than I used to and I'm working my butt off (metaphorically only, sadly) yet, nothing? In the expectations post they had a plateau stage but it wasn't stage 1! Stage 1 should be the rapid weight loss stage even if it IS only water. How am I not seeing any difference after changing up what I do so significantly?
I mean, I was so confused I wasn't sure if I could be over OR under eating. That's why I am here. I need to figure out what I am doing wrong, because I'm totally confused. I like to think I know a lot about weight loss and I've done so much research on it. This time I am stumped though. Your thoughts and suggestions are very much appreciated though. I could really use some help on this one because I am not sure where I am going wrong! I want to lose weight so badly because I have two weddings to go to this year, including one where I am a bridesmaid.

You might try eating more protien, plus vary your calorie intake. These are 2 things that really help me. For instance one day you might eat 1500 calories and then the next day only 1200. It keeps your body guessing.0
