Am 5'6" and started out last week at 172lb, the most I've weighed ever.
Hoping to lose 40lb. 126lb was the leanest I've ever been as ad adult.0 -
I am 5'6 and am currently 133 lbs and anywhere from a 1-5 in shorts depending on the brand, most often being a 3, and a size 1-2 in dresses.0

I'm 5'5.5" but people seem to round it up to 5'6", does that count?
About 130 here. Sports build with a pear body shape.

I'm 5,6, have lost 2 stone in the past year through exercise and trying to healty eat but have come to a stand still. 2 weeks ago I started diet chef to give my body the kick it neeeds. 2 weeks ago I was 154lbs and have lost 8lbs through diet chef. 8 weeks til my wedding so want to get down to 9 stone 8lbs, another 13lbs to go!

I'm 5'6" (and a half)
At my heaviest I was about 180 (4-5 years ago)
Currently about 137. I have a smallish frame but I do a lot of boxing/kickboxing so this is probably an ideal weight for me. Less than 135 would be too low. I wear about a size 4-6 in clothing. Measurements are (roughly) 33-27-38 (nope, never gonna have small hips)
I run or box 5-6 days a week on average and I am often on my bike or hiking. I eat about 1900-2100 calories a day.0 -

Activity: was sedentary, now active for a the moment anyway

Activity: weight train 3x/week
Calories: ~1700 - maintenance days and ~2000 on workout days.

i am 5' 6" and started at 156...last weigh in on Friday was 146.8! Hoping to get down between 135 & 140. This week I think I will find at weigh in will be an epic fail. Starting to get bored of the same old and need to mix it up a bit. Lots of traveling and a sick child this week made it easy for me to get off track and I have to get back on!0
