Hiya, wonder if anyone can help me.
I get confused over cup measurment ?
I have a set of measuring cups
1 cup 250mls and they go down in sizes 1/2 1/3rd and 1/4. Are they the same as the cup measurments in the recipies on here. As i often find when looking up calories, they give you cup amounts ?
Thank You
Jo

Yes. Your 1/2 cup is a 1/2 cup and so on.0

The website 'metric kitchen' is also useful to do some of the conversions.
