Hi everyone! I've been on MFP for a little while on the android version and had no idea there was a whole new world on the desktop version! I felt like Tom Hanks talking to a volleyball! Anyway I'd love to get to know some of you so we can cheer each other on. I am also wondering how some of you get motivated to exercise every day? I can't get up and sweat until I'm good and ready, and lately its not been good or ready. How do you guys get your butts moving?

    Hey lady!! I know one thing that motivates me is that I think about what I have to do for the day. When I see that my day is pretty open I just think to myself I can to 40 minutes of cardio and be done with it. I can take 40 min out of my day and do something for me. Or if I have tons of time, depending if someone allows me to..(Mr 7 month old himself!!) then I can push for more. And I don't exercise everyday. There are just some days no means no. Also it may help to work out at the end of the day if there is too much going on.
