I started Jillian Michaels 30DS, and I just finished day 11. I LOVE IT! I love her, she really makes me work and I love how it is only 30 minutes long. After I finish 30DS I wanted to start a different DVD of hers. I thought about getting Killer Buns and Thighs, No Trouble Zones, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, or Ripped in 30. As she has so many videos, I wanted some advice about which DVD is the best? I don't need to lose a lot of weight, just 10 - 15 lbs. My trouble areas are from my hips and to my butt/thighs. But I just want an over-all tone. Any advice??

Bump. I've done 30DS and BFBM, and I'm looking for a new one. BFBM isn't terrible, but I didn't feel the challenge like I did with the 30DS, and the small-talk among the girls gets a little annoying. I've ordered 6-week 6-pack and Extreme Shed & Shred, so I'm excited to see how those compare!

I love Jillian!! I have 30DS, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones and Kickbox Fastfix. I love them all. NMTZ will definitely help your problem areas.

I did 30DS first and now I'm doing Ripped in 30. I love it; it's a great workout in 30 minutes. I also have NMTZ, BFBM, 6W6P, and her new kickboxing one. I've done a little from each of these off and on as well; they are all very good. So, when I finish Ripped in 30 I'll move onto one of the others or a combination of several.

Did you notice good workout-change in Boost Fat Burn Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones? I'm thinking between those two.

I would recommend Ripped in 30 if you are seeing changes with the Shred you will see even more with Ripped in 30. No more trouble zones is only one workout and I found it long and boring. I really enjoy Extreme Shed and Shred as well as her Kickbox Fastfix DVD. Good luck!

I was wondering the same thing today, except I am choosing between Killer buns and thighs, or kickboxing. I have done Ripped in 30 and it's great! I am also about to start 6 week abs. I toned pretty quick with Ripped
