Hey!! Im 5'6" and currently at 133. I started out at 250. My first goal was 199, then 185, 175, 150 then 140. My goal kept changing as my body did. Although I didnt intentionally mean to drop this low (had some SEVERE stress in my life involving my youngest son) My goal is to tone and maintain in between 135-140. There is a webiste you can search for called mybodygallery.com that I just love! It helps remind me that even though I weigh this number and am this height, others look much differently with the same weight and height. Good luck on your journey!!!0

I'm 5'6" and as of this morning I am at about 189. My first small goal is 160..and from there possibly 145. So I still have quite a bit to lose. Feel free to add me.0

I am 5'6 I use to weigh 350lbs and now I am at 185 lbs. Its def a challenge hopefully I can get down to 150 lbs0

Weight: 120 lbs
Measurements: 34-25-36 (bust waist butt)
Activity: was sedentary, now active for a the moment anyway
Calories: ~1700 NET = ~2000
If anyone is in a similar boat it'd be interesting to chat!

Measurements: 33-26-34 (bust waist butt)
Activity: weight train 3x/week
Calories: ~1700 - maintenance days and ~2000 on workout days.

I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 179. My goal weight is 165, down from 228, and from there I will assess my body and see if I want to continue to lose.0

5'6" - currently at 145.6. I carry a bit of muscle so people tell me I look like I weigh less than I actually do...I don't know though...

I'm pretty close to 5'6 and weigh 118lbs. According to this mornings measurements I'm right at 20% body fat so I am not trying to lose weight but I do plan on building up some muscle!0

I'm 5'6" and currently 162. My original goal was 155 lbs but it will depend on my body fat percentage. I want to be between 25 and 28% (currently 35%). That may end up putting me closer to 145lbs.0

I'm 5'6 and 220 ish give or take a pound since my last weigh in. Hoping to get to 145 as a minimum. First goal on my list though is to weigh less then my hubby, who is 187. feel free to add. I'm 5'5.5 (that bit does count) and I'm about 120lbs...
27in waist
37in hips (extra 10 inches ewww)
33 in around the boobs teehee
29 in around the ribs (I think I need new bras lol)
Fairly active, teacher so on feet most of the day but work means I can't exercise at night as much as I would like
I'm aiming for 115 for the wedding day in 7 weeks on Saturday - eeeek!

I carry most of my weight on my belly and lovehandles. I was at 140 last summer and had great arms and legs but still belly fat. I think 130 will be a good weight for me, although I am more concerned with my looks/measurements than scale numbers.0 -
5'6" 135. Looking to get to 125. When I was pregnant I got up to 196. Then I would lose it and regain it with each pregnancy and after the last pregnancy- 13 years ago, I have hoovered around 145. Went up to 155 last summer and I'm now at 136-135. Really just trying to figure out what to eat that doesn't make me sick. In the mean time, I think 10 more lbs would feel good. We'll see.0
