  • I have one. I bought it at the thrift store. It's fun to use, but I don't burn a lot of calories doing it.

    Have you noticed a change like in your thighs
  • I definitely feel a burn in my thighs, especially if I squat down while I'm doing it. I can't say if they're smaller or more toned. I haven't been using it very long.
  • I use it. For me it says it burns 38 calories in my 5 minute workout. It looks really simple and easy but it gives you a hell of a burn. The advanced users only do it for 15 minutes. I feel like 5 minutes isnt enough even though I can feel it in my legs all day so I do 2 5 mins sessions a day plus gym. I havent been doing it long enough to tell you if it slims the thighs but usually when people try to focus on one spot they're missing the big picture. If your lean and healthy most problem spots go away on their own. Usually problem areas stem from to much fat all over in the first place. I would recommend working out period and eating well and usually they go away on their own when you lean out.
