Chicken Salad with Yogurt?

I've had such a taste for chicken salad lately so I'm actually going to attempt to make it myself. I want to make it a little healthier, I've seen some recipes replace mayo with greek yogurt. I'm not ready to do all greek yogurt yet, so I thought I would do half and half. Which will taste better, 1/2 greek yogurt and light mayo or 1/2 greek yogurt and miracle whip? Does it really matter? This is the recipe I'm looking at.
Chicken Salad
2 ½ cups cooked chicken
¾ cup celery
1 cup halved grapes
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup miracle whip

I personally would do all greek yogurt instead of miracle whip. You could make it like a tzatziki sauce. Adding a splash of milk will also make it creamy without the fat of mayonnaise.0

i make a wicked tuna salad with plain fat free greek yogurt, so it should work for chicken too...real mayo is better tho0

I prefer to use mashed avocados instead of mayo/yogurt.0

I find that fat free sour cream has a wonderful mayo likeness in salads like this. I use it all the time in an egg salad recipe I use and it's great! It has a lot less calories than greek yogurt.0

Try adding a bit of dijon mustard to the yogurt to give it a little more flavor. I'm not a big fan of yogurt and I LOVE Helmann's Mayo, but it really is pretty good!0

I made a great potato salad this past weekend while at my parents using fat free yogurt instead of mayo. A little mustard, pickle juice/vinegar and spices and no one knew the difference.0

I use greek yogurt in place of sour cream because of the tartness, but I use regular mayo for my tuna salad and chicken salads. The taste will not be the same if that is what you are expecting. Your idea to substitute half with greek yogurt is a good idea to start until you have an idea of what it will taste like. Best of luck.0

I always make my tuna/salmon/chicken salad with greek yogurt, dijon, celery, and green onion.
Miracle whip has a lot of sugar so i'll reluctantly vote for real mayo.0 -
I made a chicken salad with Greek yogurt and Miracle Whip 3:1 ratio. Chopped onion, celery, red bell pepper. I added a Greek herb blend. No added salt, and it was pretty good even though I only had canned chicken. I wish I had some Greek olives. That would have given it a little saltiness to round it out.
And this made me think...I find that fat free sour cream has a wonderful mayo likeness in salads like this. I use it all the time in an egg salad recipe I use and it's great! It has a lot less calories than greek yogurt.
How do they make cream fat free? And if they substitute/add stuff to it, when do they stop calling it cream (or do they)?0
