Pasta - dry weight or cooked weight

Need your input again please. When you log in your diary the amount of pasta you eat is it the dry weight or the cooked weight you enter? I just cooked pasta and when its cooked it double the weight

I've always used dry, but i'm pretty sure some of them have cooked weights as well.0

I believe you measure it dry. BUT if you NEED to measure it cooked, double the dry weight, it should get you pretty close to the correct portion size.0

you can find both in data base for a lot of stuff... i pick 'cooked' for left overs0

But it is just easier to weigh it before you cook it. That's what the calories on the box list.0
