    I have crappy wrists too. But I love "triangle" pushups for the tricep focus (thumbs and index fingers together to form sort of a triangle with your hands, kept low to your body, directly under your chest)

    One arm push-ups. I can't go very low yet but I am getting there. I also like side to side push-ups

    I'm just so happy to be able to do ONE proper push up right now that I suppose I don't have a favourite! I can't wait until I have enough strength to do them properly!
