I saw at the gym a kettlebell class, looked like fun what if I want to do that at home what do I need to purchase? Any beginners videos?

I recently bought a 10 lb kettlebell and just used some youtube videos to get started. once i have some more cash ill go grab some dvd's!

I just orered Jillian Michaels kettlebell workout cant wait to get it in! I have also been wanting to try this! Everyone says its the way to go!
So Im going to give it a try! I really need to tone up and build muscle! Only $8.19 tax and all at Wal-Mart.com shipped to store...

I should mention though, that the 10 lb seems light, I maybe should have grabbed a 15 lb. Walmart/Target has them, go see the weight difference and see what feels comfortable for you, but what would still be easily manageable. no need to hurt yourself!0
