So iv been putting flavor packets into my water bottles since I started my diet, since I couldn't stand the taste of regular water. They never prevented me from losing weight before, but could they still affect me in some way health or weight wise? The past month iv been drinking at least 60 oz. of regular water a day though, since for some reason the flavor packets been giving me major migraines.

Which artificial sweeteners are you using?0

I would avoid them. I know they are being promoted as a better alternative to sugar but sweeteners like Splenda can mess up your hormones.
EDIT: I don't think sweeteners have any calories.0
