I had no idea what I was expecting when I started this DVD - I was just absolutely bored with just walking and playing Wii Fit that this was an impulse buy just to try something new. This is my first time using weights (two 5 lb ones) or doing any kind of strength exercise ever, I'm more of a cardio girl. :laugh: I did NOT want to lose weight and I was on a diet to MAINTAIN it. I ate between 1300-1500 calories everyday and had about 3 cheat days during this process. I did mostly the beginner exercises, but was able to do a few of the advanced ones. :happy:

The biggest difference is in the stomach area...my hips honestly can't get any smaller! :laugh: My legs and arms are a lot stronger now as well. I couldn't do lunges, planks or push-ups and now I can. :drinker:
