30 lbs down! 4'10" (Progress Photo Included)

Started in December 2011 at 185 lbs, currently at 154 (155 in the photo). 40-45 more lbs before I reach my goal! I would like to be between 110-115 lbs. All through healthy eating (1200-1600 calories a day) and exercise (1-2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week). We short ladies can do it too! :bigsmile:
