30 days- scale is stuck

So I have barely lost any weight (1 lb that keeps going on and off) in the last 30 days... I have been working out, staying in my calories (for the most part) and eating what I consider a reasonably healthy diet (my diary is open if you care to look). Any suggestions? IDK what to do better! Thanks.

    Ok- I checked out your diary. The first thing that I noticed is that you don't even have protein listed at all.

    It also looks like most of your food intake is carbs- anywhere from 60-65% of your daily intake (using this week's logs). My suggestion is to start listing your protein and increase your protein intake to achieve a daily balance of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat.

    Based on your daily calorie target of 1500 calories, here's what your daily intake should try to achieve:

    150g Protein = 600 calories
    150g Carbs = 600 calories
    33g Fats = 300 calories
