Avocados .....how long to keep'em?

Once they've been cut in half peeled & refidgerated ? Also, kind of same thing, once u turn that baby into
guacamole
how long does that keep? ( I mix mine w/onion & tomato). Thanks for any help !

I eat mine really quickly (haha) so I've never had them more than a day. If you find you waste a lot of Avocado or Guac, I found a product by Wholly Guacamole that's individually packaged/snack size guac tubes. Fairly tasty too (I get them for travelling). More expensive than fresh but if you end up throwing a lot of it out, it might be more economical in the long run.0

i usally keep a couple days in fridge wrapped in tin foil. if i unwrap it and it brown and/or stringy, i toss it. you will know if its bad. guac doesnt keep super well, but if it has lemon juice in it to help prevent browning, then a couple days is fine.0
