This is how I learned to operate mine. His is a little different but the directions still apply.0 -
I have the Fitness HRM, one step below the Ironman HRM.
To start the heart rate you push the orange button. It can take a minute.
To reset the calorie counter you go to the CHRONO/STOP WATCH mode and hold down the reset button. It resets both the calorie counter and the timer.0 -
I own the timex personal trainer heart rate monitor.
It arrived in the post this morning and I was very excited, read the manual, imputed what settings I could and adjusted the time.
I puchased this watch because you had the option of adding in your weight - hoping therefore coupled with my heart rate and workout time could get an accurate calorie burn versus the average burn gym equipment gives you.
The instruction manual says you CAN enter your weight, but doesnt cover HOW you enter your weight.
I have now spent the last 40 minutes watching you tube video demos, googling forums and calling the timex help number (which was not connected)
Very disapointed.
Pointless piece of equipment for me if I cant see the calories burned.0 -
1.Push the mode button till you reach hrm setup.
2.Push set/reset button to change the hrm setup.
3.Hit the mode button till you reach weight.
4.Use the start/split and heart rate button to change weight up or down.
5.Press mode again when done.0 -
Did you ever find a way to enter you weight on your HRM I have one too and I cant figure it out either.0
