i ahve never been a huge fan of salt, but recently i have been sprinkling some on my veggies and salad instead of dressing or sauces. is this a bad choice? how do you measure exactly how much you are using without being extremely awkward when eating lunch at work or in a public setting? you think i am craving salt because i am not getting enough water? soryr lots of questions...any sort of feedback would be great. thanks so much!

keep up the good work guys/girls!!!

If you're trying to lose weight, staying away from salt is highly recommended. Try salt free seasonings instead....I like Mrs. Dash's table blend. It add flavor without too much herby-ness. There's a ton of different blends available...try one till you find one you like.

Salt is not bad for you............

If you are not eating a lot of processed foods, then you are probably not getting an overload of salt......

If you want to give that salty flavor and knowingly use less salt with lots more flavor, switch to sea salt.

A little bit of sea salt goes a loooong way!!!
