I'm looking for friends who can help keep my butt in check!! And new tips for losing weight. I am gonna quit drinking pop. But idk.. if anyone has any good tips like. Don't walk more than "x" of time or do so many crunches to lose weight. Or chewing gum makes you forget pizza... (DOUBT IT!!!). Hahahaha but if you get my drift reply with a tip... or two.. or 3... or 20..

I've found tracking everything I eat REALLY helps. And if you feel hungry then go have a glass of water/juice or something, normally you just need hydrating and its not hunger pains
Also, I've made a folder on my computer of motivational pictures and before/afters. I find that when i'm feeling low or need motivation, if I look at them they help me and make me more determined. I hope this helps

Those are some good ideas!! Do you read? I read Artichoke's Heart the other day (i know that is an odd name for a book) but that also REALLY inspired me. It's fiction but well written... and the girl in the book was almost the exact same size I am now and wanted to get down to wear I do..0 -

Hi! I don't know any magical way to lose weight but I think you can find your way little by little if you keep tracking what you eat doing during day!
I started about 4 weeks ago when I started I still grab a bite of pizza or cheese cake every now and then but after awhile you feel to be more committed!!!!
Lets do this together! I know we can!
But for start lets give you some tips:
1. Set up a daily calorie goal for your self!!!!!(It could happen you step over your own goal but even so you are going to take much more less than you take when you don't count your calories)
2. Try consume more of your daily carbs before evening !!! for breakfast is better!!!
3. Avoid eating out for awhile!!!(at least a week)
4. fill your refrigerator with low calorie yogurt, vegetable, fruits,etc.
5. This one is a definite; try to have more than 4 small meals during a day!
