Arm exercises to get rid of the wings...

I have these awful fatty areas on my arms by my armpits. They flap around and are awful and I don't like them. I want to be able to wear tank tops without worrying about them. And I'm wearing a dress that exposes these wings at my best friend's wedding in October.

Anyone have any good exercise recommendations specifically targeting this area? Or any machines at the gym I should hang out on for extended periods of time?

    Most of the "Wings" would be fatty tissue and skin. Certainly all the standard arm exercises will help build the muscle underneath, but you will have to continue to lose fat for the wings to shrink. Not sure how much you have lost, but if it's a lot, skin removal surgery might be necessary

    *sigh* well that's a bummer.
  • Try triceps extension machines at the gym. They helped mine a lot. Oh, and what he said about more weight loss.
