I'm a newbie. Glad to join and encourage and be encouraged. I used to exercise, started in August 2001. My workshift changed last year (3:30p-12a) I stopped going to the gym, which was all me. I can't blame anyone else. Now I'm working dayshift I decided to remotivate myself to getting back to my ideal weight 134lbs. 10 more lbs to go! I still love to run, even at age of 57. Right now I speed walk, jogging, sprint ( only occasionally) weight train. Sometimes I take my workouts outside so I won't get bored. Volleyball is my favorite!
