I've been told in the morning, within the first hour of you waking up. This is supposed to jump-start your metabolism and keep it relatively high throughout the day. Of course, it all depends on who you ask, but it works for me and for my schedule.0

I guarantee you'll get as many opinions and there are people on this board. Let me simplify it: Workout when you'll actually do it.0

They normally say evening because your metabolism and muscles need energy to work out first........
I've done both and personally feel more energized for the rest of the day working out in the morning so I like it better - but I do tend to eat less at night if i work out at night so I lose more weight.0 -
Whenever you want.
I work out in the evenings because I'm too lazy to get up before my 5:30am alarm clock.0 -
I have no choice, I have to workout during naptime in the afternoon! I do love the morning workout and figure that I'll be able to do it again in a few years0
