Ouch! Well good luck with those joints! What other things did the doctor say you could do?

I have lost my 26lbs using Leslie Sansone DVDs. I am up to a 4- mile workout. I did a 4-mile on Thursday. I will do a 2-mile in a little while before I go out to a BBQ.

Walking, Elliptical, Bike. My husband got me a bike for mother's day in hopes that I would stop trying to run. I've actually been doing that a lot more than walking recently. I'm hoping this month to do more of both.

brisk walk for 44 minutes this morning. I added another hill and a little more distance to see results. So far it's working! Just wish I had more energy to do intervals.

I got a little walking in yesterday on my bike ride. I had to walk up some hills that I wasn't quite strong enough to ride:blushing: I've been doing a lot of walking around the pool while my children are in swimming lessons.
