Caving on the weekend

Ok here’s my confession I CAVE ON WEEKENDS! I mean I am the best of dieters all week, I stay with- in my calories, track all my food and water, get my exercise in but come Friday evening it goes out the window!

How many others out there can confess to this same problem?

WELL LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!
Looking for 10-20 Weekend Warriors who are willing to commit to 5 weekends of staying FAITHFUL?

Here’s the commitment for the next 5 weekends:
1. Log in and post to the group everyday of the weekend (Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday)
2. Log all calories
3. Stay with-in your calorie goal
4. EXERCISE at least 2 of the 3 days, I know most of us take one of the weekend days off for our “rest” day and that’s ok, just be sure to exercise at least 2 of the 3 days of the weekend.
5. Set a weekend challenge, ie. goal is to do 100 crunches during the weekend in addition to your regular workout, just check in with the group and post your challenge and whether you completed it or not.
6. Post why you will commit to this group, for instance mine is for my vacation to the beach on July 20th!
7. MOST IMPORTANT…..NO FREE DAY!!!

Just an idea, how about we post our wts at the beginning and then at the end of the 5 weekends and see how we do?

AND ANY IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE AWESOME!

    STORY OF MY LIFE. Weekends are why I've been plateauing for months/years!! :(

    I can't even commit to this because I'm going away for a girl's weekend away this weekend and the weekend after is one of my closest friends' birthday bash. Ugh. I'm doomed forever.

    BUT GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU WHO DO THIS!! I'll try to join in in two weeks in spirit!

    I realize its a bad time to try this but on the other hand its a good time as well....just like I said....IT'S BEACH TIME!!
