Easier way to record weight training

Hi. I'm new here and I'm finding it hard to enter my workout with my trainer. I can't recall every thing we did and besides, that would take way too long. Is there some way to just enter 55 minutes of strength training? I could not figure it out.

Because you aren't tracking each exercise anyway - enter it under Cadiovascular as Strenth or Weight Training - the amount of time and the calories.0

Thanks so much. I wasn't expecting to find it under cardiovascular. It also seems to have a lower calorie burning count than I would have expected. But then again, it's probably better to err on the conservative side.0

If you want to know how many calories you burn during your sessions purchase a heart rate monitor. If you watch Amazon or Ebay you can get one cheaper. They are the most accurate way to track calories burned... Good luck
