Is there anything you find yourself doing that you didn't do before?
For me, I am actually enjoying clothes shopping and I go out a lot more.

    I run. I wear clothes that fit instead of hide. I take the stairs instead f the escalator.

    Just about everything is better now.

    I'm more intrigued by what I don't do.

    I don't take the time to do my hair and make up as much as I did before. I never went out without putting a lot of thought into what I wore, how my hair and make up looked, etc

    Now, meh.

    I am sooo enjoying buying bathing suits, it's actually a sickness at this point (at least my 16 y/o daughter tells me so). Yeah, clothes shopping is exciting, MEDIUM is my new favorite word. Cooking is also a bit funner (not a word I know), actually easier, more veggies. AND COMPLIMENTS! My husband told me I looked younger now! Less dimples in the wrong places isn't bad either!! Never EVER EVER thought I would enjoy exercising and sweating, I really do!

    Strength training!

    I haven't done any type of strength training since I was in high school.. and now I can't get enough!
