Hi! 4 more days and I'll be finish with it I started to see results around the 3rd & 4th week of it...I was also kinda impatient with the result and I browsed here and they said by the 2nd month you'll start seeing result and I did. I noticed it first on my tummy, back and arms, followed by thighs and lower legs (very slow).
On the first month, I lost 5.4 lbs at 1400 cal/day diet. And 3 days ago, I weighed in, giving a total of 9 lbs loss since I started Insanity. I increased my cal intake to 1700 cal/day when I started Month 2 (55-60 mins of really intense workout, Shaun T has no mercy on Month 2) lol0 -

I integrate portions of the Insanity workout when I feel I am at a plateau and need an extra kick. I am way too tired from those workouts to keep it up on a daily basis, but it's great to break up my usual weight training/cardio routine.
I also love the Plyo workout in the P90X series and use that one to break up my routine too.0 -
In my first round I lost 12 pounds and 19 inches, including 3.5 off my waist. I found that my losses were pretty evenly spread throughout the program, although my big drop around the waist was between week 4 and the recovery week.0
