    I love this honesty. And if I wasnt at work, I might be doing the same thing. LOL. Anyways, Im eating an apple at my desk and pretending to work. Also feeling sad that I brought a measuring spoon to work today to measure my peanut butter.

    No, really, I just finished a workout (yoga) and hopped on here to log. Then I got sucked into the forums, like always. :tongue: Next: breakfast, get kids up and going on the day, and later catch a movie with my teen.

    I am MAD!!!! I have only eaten 1 thing today.... 1thing and I am already over my sugar intake!!!! It's only 10:00 am and all I had was a cup of Pineapples.... now I am going to be mad the whole day because alI am eating is fruit and vegetables.... sigh... I don't understand how I am suppose to do this with only being allowed 24 grams of sugar a day!!!! Sigh.... plus I am at work/ ;/

    I am ALWAYS over on sugar pretty early in the day. I dont worry about it anymore, I mean really only 24g of sugar???
