Is anyone losing weight with HCG?

I've heard alot lately about people losing up to 20 lbs. a month on HCG. I'm skeptical about this being wise. Yes the body will recognize HCG because its a pregnancy hormone but I can foresee it throwing your whole metabolic system out of whack and I'm just wondering about long term affects to homeostasis. Does anyone here know more about this?

It's the dangerous low low cal diet that you lose weight from not the drops.
Forwarned you might get some pm's asking you to join or directing you to the little hcg group on here.0 -
The only way I loose weight with HCG is the workout my fingers get when I say that I wouldn't want to loose any weight if it meant drinking pregnant lady pee0

Unless you have a fetish for golden showers, avoid pregnant lady pee.
Just eat well, exercise, drink water, and be patient.0 -
I would not recommend it. The slow but steady path is, really (truly, honestly, sincerely) the only way to get extra weight off, keep it off, and enjoy good health.
Sorry, I know it's disappointing... but acceptance is the first step0 -

My girlfriend did the shots, took some pill with it , worked out watched her food lost weight. Now of course if she did all that minus the shot would she have still lost all the weight...the world will never know. .....0
