Good morning!
I recently started MFP and have dropped 5 lbs. Due to a busy work schedule (who doesn't have one!), I find that at night after i have snack I'm still 200 calories under my 1330 goal. I've tried eating before bed but that sits like a ton of bricks and i actually put weight on.
Any suggestions?

maybe try snacking more during the day. take a sliced up apple with you to work and maybe a couple of other things. 1330 is probably not enough calories for you so you can try to boost that healthy. or you could try to eat dried fruit. thats always good.0

Add in a handful of nuts either throughout the day or before bed, they will keep you from being hungry but won't leave you feeling too full.0

A glass of milk?
You should be eating/drinking those calories, or at least get to 12000 -
My extra calories generally go to night caps haha.0
