Just Got Serious About This

Hello!! So I have had the MFP app for a while, but I was never serious about it, just logging in twice every two weeks or something like that. I just realized that it's been a year that I have stayed complacent with my weight gain; I went through every month telling myself I was going to do something about it, but I never did. SOOO now is the time I am really going to do something about it!!! I just wanted to introduce myself and meet some new people on here who are going through what I'm going through:smile: Hope everyone has a great day!

    I just got started on here a few weeks ago, but have spent years in the yo-yo diet chaos. Finally this year I said I am done. No more fad diets, no more extremes. Instead I am looking for slow and steady weight loss with real food and dessert. Yep! Dessert. I'm tracking everything and using MFP to make a lifestyle change that I can sustain for years to come.

    I agree, everything I have read online about dieting says eating right and exercise always work best. Of course everyone wants to find the easy way out, but I guess this is the only way out. We can do it though!!!
