I did it... I hit 100 pound weight loss this morning at weigh in.. I can't believe how far I have come. I am so proud of myself. I have 56.5 pounds to go but after losing this month I know I can accomplish what I set out to do. I saw a friend last night who hadn't seen me since I started my weight loss journey and the look on his face was priceless. He had to look twice to make sure it was me. He was speechless..

For those of you who are still struggling. Don't give up. I still struggle and plug along and all my hard work has paid off.. Lets Rock this folks and become healthy...

    It has taken me about a year and a half but I had stalled for 9 months or I probably would have been at my goal by now.. Thanks so much.

    that's absolutely fantastic! Well done you. You are a great inspiration to others such as myself. I'm looking forward to having the same effect on people as you. I keep my wedding photo on me and look at it each lunchtime (I only weighed 9st.4) and use that to motivate me. Being on this site has made losing weight doable, where before, I thought it was impossible. You have proved it. Keep up the good work.
