Small achievement... but i'll take it.

It is a beautiful day out so I deiced to spice up my routine and went for a run. 2 weeks ago I could barely run (or jog for that matter) longer then 2 minutes. I just got back from a run around the neighborhood... and didn't stop. I just measured it out and it was 3/4 of a mile.

I am a girl that loves reading success stories, but you notice the HUGE differences over a longer period of time and sometimes, you just get discouraged because you don't see changes right away. This is a huge personal achievement. I know it's not a lot, but I had to share.
