I just bought the DVD. I did the video for the 1st time yesterday. Does anyone know how that gets entered on MFP?

thanks :) I may have to buy a monitor to pinpoint exact calories burned. For now though, I will enter it as circuit training. Thanks again!

When I did the videos I would average out to about 140-144 calories per workout. I used My Fit Bit to measure this.

Thanks everyone. Yesterday, I just logged it in under aerobics and got like 205 calories. When I logged it in today under circuit training, I got 208 calories. I guess I will have to buy a monitor so I know the exact calories burned.
