I know we're supposed to drink 8 "glasses" of water a day. But how many ounces is 1 glass?

  I know we're supposed to drink 8 "glasses" of water a day. But how many ounces is 1 glass?

  I assume it would be similar to 1 cup, or 8 OZ I've always counted. If not I hope I'm getting enough lol.
