Ha, I asked this recently. Apparently most people just use Circuit Training. I don't know if it's accurate, but there's not really a better option.0

For those of you who have or are trying 30 day shred how are you finding it? Would you recommend it? I saw it on amazon and was thinking about buying it...0

I love the 30DS. I don't do it everyday though. I change it up with walks with my kids or gardening or Just Dance 2 with my son. It's a great work out and you don't even have to go to a gym! I started using 3 lb weights and have moved up to 5 lbs. Good luck!0
