Hi, I'm new on here and looking for support and tips!
I want to lose 10kg.... what's a realistic time period to do it in??
I was doing so well and was on track but for the past few weeks I've really lost all motivation and been indulging on desserts and chocolate non-stop
even when I'm not hungry... it's usually just out of boredom!
I need help to get on track and to find my motivation again!

1 kg (2 pounds) is about all this site will allow you to do...anything more is unhealthy....however, that said, I have lost 22 pounds (10kg) over the last 6 weeks. Feel free to add me if you'd like

allow yourself a cheat day but still keep them remotely healthy and u will slowely lose the cravings and eventually not miss the foods at all0

That is a great guilt free tip...it is truly a war against your mind too. I needed that cuz I truly can "cheat" sensibly and a teenie bit more gym time is worth getting the monkey off my back.0
