I just mixed up a batch of this over last weekend. I used a box of Betty Crocker white Angel Food cake mix and Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge cake. 3 T of cake mix and 2 T of water are 117 calories. I added in Reese's PB chips for another 80 calories, and that, my friends, was a delicious and filling snack!

I have my recipe entered in the Food Database if anyone is interested. 3-2-1 Chocolate Fudge Cake

I love 3,2,1 cake, but have tried that variety sounds so good. Thanks for sharing

I've been making a lava mug cake lately.
1/4 cup sugar free pillsbury devil's food cake mix
1 chocolate pudding cup (sugar free for 70 calories)
    2 tbsp water

blend the cake mix and water really well in the mug. Stir in one spoon of the chocolate pudding cup.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
stir in remainder pudding cup and mix. Should be slightly lumpy.
    Microwave for 1 more minute.

I figured one mug to be about 170 calories. If i'm in the mood, I can add 1 tsp mini chocolate chips, or even half teaspoon of sugar free smuckers caramel sauce before the last minute of cooking. It does taste good with a small squirt of reddi whip fat free topping (5 calories).
