I've been using TheDailyPlate to track what I eat for many years, but since it changed to LIVESTRONG I haven't liked it as much... so thought I'd 'jump ship' and try this site. I actually joined a couple of weeks ago, just haven't used it till today. So far I like the look of it and am impressed at how 'active' it is (especially compared to TDP!) and am also finding it very easy to use.
I have an eating disorder so am maybe here for slightly different reasons to others (though I'm sure there are many sufferers on here, given the nature of the site!). I wouldn't say I'm in recovery as that would be unfair to people who actually are, but I am looking to make some healthy changes. My CW is 45.9kg after gaining a lot in hospital.
Hope to give and receive some support here. Please add me if you think we have anything in common

If you get a chance, check out the groups. There are a ton of groups for people who are recovering/looking to recover from eating disorders. They can help you when you feel yourself making poor choices. Best of luck and feel free to add me as a friend!0
