    Well done ! You are looking fantasic and are, in particular with me, a real insparation. My start weight was the same as you but im a little earlier in the process. I started on the 1st May and have lost 14lbs. Ive hit a go slow sign, in the last couple of weeks and have only lost 2 lbs. Im putting that down to increased resistance training at the gym! Hopefully. Any hints/tips you can offer, since this journey is going so well for you?

    It is always difficult to see the improvements without photographs. I lost from a 38" waist to a 31" waist but seeing the difference in the mirror took a long time, but when I compared photos I could see it when I had simply lost 2".

    You have had phenomenal results, you've got this! Keep to the path and the journey will be a very rewarding one.
