I completed Jamie Eason's 12wk Live Fit Program and I am very happy w/ the results. I weighted about 165lb, 32% bf when I start and I today I am 149lbs, 25% bf. For those interested in her program here is the link, http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html
