Firm Tofu Recipes

I'd like to start buying some firm tofu as myself and my older son really enjoy the taste of it. I always hesitant because I really don't have any "go-to" recipes so I usually just order it when I eat out.

Does anyone have any quick and easy recipes that incorporate firm tofu? Only responses with firm tofu please because I'm not a fan of the silken kind. Thanks.

I've used the glaze on chicken (hubby doesn't do tofu) and udon with broccoli also and we killed it all in one sitting :embarassed:
