I've only been dieting for 3 days..I went out for a few drinks last night(Vodka/ club soda with lemon and lime..ok they were doubles) Anyway I only had 3 and this morning when I woke up I was a little hung over. I've never been hungover from having 3 drinks. Do you think it's because I cut down my calories?

most likely, if you were drinking on an empty stomach that would cause the hang over... flushing with water, or drinking water in between all drinks helps alot!0

Probably. I have been a beer drinker forever...as in I used to be able to consume LARGE amounts of beer in not so much time.
After dropping 27 pounds since February, I can handle maybe three 20 ounce beers before I am tipsy. WHAT?!?!!?
I think back to all of the keg stands and kicked kegs in my lifetime and can't even believe that three beers does me in now!

I did eat with it... but I will try the water between drinks or just on the side as well ..THANKS.0

Its possible...before when you would drink did you also eat? Also have you been drinking ore or less water? Alcohol is a basically a carb (which akes it a sugar) and it messes with your insulin also... which can cause you to crash once the coverted carbs (glycogen) are completely fill all requird major organs for energy....at that point they make theyre way to be stored as fat "to be used later".0

I would usually get a appetizer or a burger when I'd go out for happy hour but yesterday it was just a salad with steak... I usually drink LOTS of water during the day but I didn't that much yesterday because I had a crazy day at work.0

That mix of a lack of h2o throughout the day and a very healthy (less dense) meal sound like contributing factors for this hangover. My suggestion - with every alcoholic drink(8oz) drink a equal oz glass of h2o... unfortunately is does take away the effects of the alcohol...buttttt no hangover? LOL I usually drink a gatorade before bed and take an asprin... the electrolytes help out alot... its full of carbs, minerals, and water! The potassium and sodium help you retain water so you are not dehydrated...the carbs help balance insulin...water rehydrates. Obviously its alot of sugar and I do not suggest drinking it all the time.... but for the subject matter it is golden!0

yeah it's just the diet. i went out last saturday and got violently ill after three drinks (used to drink up 6o 6 sometimes with no problems). i've been dieting and that day i only ate a veggies and chicken, so similar meal to you. the benefit of this, you get a buzz much faster and much cheaper!0
