KNEE FRIENDLY WORKOUTS

Ive recently started easing myself back into jogging and what not. However I somehow hurt my knees when I went running in my nike shox (couldnt find my normal running shoes :( ) I want to keep working out but even walking is slightly painful. Any suggestions of what I CAN do while my knee is in rest mode?

    Do you have access to an elliptical machine? Great very low impact workout that is easy on the knees.

    I wish I had an elliptical, not even a gym membership.

    What about a bike? You'll still be using your knees, but there's no hard impact like there is when you run.

    didnt think about biking. That seems much easier than aquiring an elliptical, and also I cant swim but I can totally ride a bike
