    If you are not watching sodium, this may be right up your alley! I love to have cauliflower, carrots, and celery all washed and ready to eat at all times in the refrig. I make a very simple dip for them by blending an 8oz container of Fat Free Sour Cream with one Onion Soup Mix packet. LOVELY...

    Also yesterday I made a houmous that has only 95 calories and zero fat/100g. Here is what I used;

    125g (boiled weight) chickpeas = 161 cal's. I never used canned so I'm not sure of the extra cal's they may contain.
    7g (3 cloves) fresh garlic = 7 cal's
    85g low-fat natural yoghurt = 59 cal's
    Salt, Pepper and Paprika to taste = 0 cal's
    Squirt of lemon juice to taste = 0 cal's

    Total Calories = 227
    Total Fat = 1g
    100g Serving = 95 calories

    Give it a try, it is seriously good! :)

    I wanted a milkshake tonight and I came up with this:

    1cup chocolate unsweetened almond milk=45cals
    1 Weight Watchers giant fudge bar=100cals
    Stick it in a blender and voila! 145cal sweet treat.

    The downside is it's actually not thick like a milkshake, but boy was it good and filling. And very chocolatey!

    This does sound good, I might give it a try. :)
    Some fat free natural or Greek yoghurt would thicken it up I think, or even some cottage cheese.
    Are you in the UK? Where do you get almond milk from?

    That's a basic recipe but you can also add fresh chilli peppers for a bit of extra zing (I love my chilli heat, lol!).
