Okay MFP friends, I am getting ready to go grocery shopping.
Name some of your favorite healthy things that you love and have to get when grocery shopping.

Need some ideas!

    Greek yogurt
    Skim or 1% milk
    Low fat cheese
    Low sodium Boar's Head deli meat
    La Tortilla low carb high fiber wraps (I don't even buy bread anymore)
    Romaine hearts
    Cottage cheese
    Sugar free / fat free pudding powder
    Vanilla protein powder
    Onion
    Bananas
    Apples
    Grapes
    Strawberries

    Damn, I think I just made a list for me for tonight.....

    Bananas
    Other fruit (it literally says that, I buy what's on sale)
    Lettuce
    Bell peppers
    Tomato
    Cucumber
    Skim milk
    Greek yogurt (non-fat)
    Raw almonds
    Kashi granola bars
    Joseph's tortillas
    Oatmeal

    depends on your likes:

    for salads:
    avocado
    beets
    tuna/chicken
    hard boiled eggs

    for sweets:
    weight watchers ice cream sandwiches (only 80 calories)
    yogurt
    100 calorie packs of sweets

    fruit:
    all sorts of berries are in season now
    melons
    kiwi

    Apples (I buy the bagged slices because they don't turn brown in my lunch box)
    Low-fat String Cheese
    Greek Yogurt
    Carrots
