How hard is 12km walking?

Ok, I know that is a loaded question but at the moment my walking route (with a double pram loaded with 30kgs of kids) is 4-5km's. The total loop near where I live is 12km's. There are some hills to deal with but I know I can deal with them but realistically I also think I should probably work up to it more. There is no time limit though, just a casual walk I guess.
I would aim to do it the first time without the kids (need to bribe the grandparents).
Would you do it?

Probably looking at a couple hour walk. You don't say anything about your fitness so going to be hard to get any useful comments other than you might want to work up to it.0

I'm inclined to think that if you're already doing 5km pushing the kids 12km, no load and an easy pace, is very doable. If you can get the grandparents on board go for it.0

Thanks
Fitness isn't too bad, can run for about 1 minute but building on that each time I walk.
Have booked in the grandparents for a couple of hours tomorrow and will hit the road, not sure if I'll aim for the 12 k tomorrow but will just see how I go. It is in my sights though for sure!0
