challenge for anybody on MFP

The weekend is coming up, and I would just like to put a Challenge out there. This weekend pick a high Burn and then meet that goal. I myself am setting the bar at 3000 Cal. burn. Please everyone not matter where you are at , take one day, push yourself and get your burn on :happy:

    I want people to set the bar high for them, which may only be 600. But something they will have to reach deep down to hit. If they meet or beat me even better, thats just means I need to dig a little deeper. Paul will you pick up my challenge?

    I'll play. seeing as I'm pretty new to the regular exercise thing and the highest burn I've had is 360 cals, i'll aim for a 700 cal burn. Is it target burn over the whole weekend, or target burn in 1 day / workout?

    That you burn 3K cal in one day? or over the whole weekend?

    doesnt have to be 3k, pick a target thats high for you and aim for it in one day :)
