Looking for some fitness and motivation pals

Hi everyone. I am starting this new lifestyle and health journey. It's all about change for the better. I would like some fitness and motivations pals to helps me on this journey. I need tips of healthy food, fitness, and anything else that will help me shed weight and get healthier. My goal is to loose 30 pounds by the end of August then loose 70 pounds by the middle of next year. If you are interested add me as your friend. God bless you.

    Feel free to add me :) I like to be positive and encouraging and appreciate that in return. I jog and do interval training 3-5x a week and try to make the healthiest food choices possible.

    Hi, I just joined last week, and am also looking to make some connections for encouragement and ideas. I would love to lose at least 20 pounds by September. Just in time for my kids birthday party (outdoor water park = swimsuits).
