Late bloomers to MFP

Ok, here I am 52 years young and on MFP. I was thin as a girl and into my early 20's. After 3 kids and never learning to eat right, exercise, and sleep well my highest weight was 298. I have been on MFP for a year and a couple and am finally getting this down. I eat right (for me that means whole foods, not proces), exercise (40 min low impact aerobics in the morning, 40 min walk at lunch, 50 min in the pool doing exercises after work), and sleep well( go to be at 10 every night and wake up at 6am every morning).

My biggest wish is that as a child and adult I hadn't bought into the whole convenience thing with food and eating all that junk and even thinking some of that junk was good for me. I am thankful for the internet and ability to research and sort out for myself about all the "bad" stuff in processed foods.

I am finally awake and it feels good! Any other late bloomer?
